Supports the FSL office’s requirement of the completion of DEI and awareness trainings each year for all members, topics to include: New Members: racist and exclusive history of greek life, and changing the legacy moving forward. Active/Recruiting Members: microaggressions, exploring recruitment biases, personal identity and privilege. Recruitment Counselors: supporting BIPOC PNMs; noticing exclusive recruitment patterns, microaggressions, implicit biases, personal identity and privilege
